The Qualification Gained
You will be comfortable in performing a variety of administrative tasks of some complexity in support of a management team. You will have the skills and knowledge to handle the latest electronic communication, the processing and management of information, and the organisation of documentation. You will also be able to perform some supervisory tasks.
While you are most likely to begin in a receptionist or administrative role, you will have the basic knowledge and skills to progress in the field of office management and support for senior management.
